Comments:
Snow was coming down, which was a nice aesthetic touch to this otherwise butt-kicking run. Booster & Flu Vax this morn. 5 min warmup, 2 mi run, 12 min cooldown. Ran the section of the loop from Ches & 49th st to on 42nd btwn Yuma and Albemarle. Lot of uphill which I soldiered through. Stretched fully afterward. Maybe run tmrw instead of bike but we'll see.
Plan is to keep building mileage for the next few months, up to the 60s in February, hopefully. Main goal above all, however, is to ward off any kind of injury whatsoever.
