Comments:
Short, fast intervals today to sharpen up. 50 second run, 2X150(jogged back across the field, then a 250 jog after the second one), 3X50(jog back to start), then 300, 200, 100(100 jog in between). Recovery jogs after each. Felt pretty good during the workout.
