Comments:
Was planning on biking this morning, but since my bike is in the shop and my Dad & Brother's were out of air. Considering we were pressed for time getting out the door, I chose to just go out for a run instead.0.25 mi warmup, 1.5 mi run, 0.25 mi cooldown. Felt fine during it, but felt sore as all hell even after stretching. Bike tomorrow for sure. Will roll out profusely, take Saturday easy and off on Sunday.
