Easy Slush Run

Weather: Slushy, Some snow, Wet

Comments:
Ran alone after my 10:00 class. Felt alright. Pretty bad to start out. The snow running up to North Park was unplesant but I was supprised that I felt better and better as the run went on. Felt real slow at the beginning but as I went on I felt myself perk up a bit. I'm real tired after working out. Both yesterday and today. Its probably because I'm just getting back into the rythum of things. Hopefully thats it. Did hurdle hip things after the run then came back at 4 to do the circut and lift and misc other stuff.
No streaching after running:(
4x100m relaxed strides
Coach Lanese circut lots of Med ball throw stuff
Misc lifting with Brett, Bobby, Vaughn after the circut.
3 sets of my med ball abs and 3xmax pushups last
3x15 dips before bed
Slept 8 hours
