Comments:
effort based, probably more like a 6 miler because most of the footing was rather unfortunate. with drew and john and circuit. felt great other than the couple times in the really nasty snow. basically just ran out 21 minutes and then back, little different route back made it a little shorter i think maybe. good run overall. 4*100 striders after, nice and smooth, felt really good.

static 3, plank 4-way abs with john and jeff.
