Comments:
Keeping it cautious. Was religious about my at-home jaunts, as always, as well as stretching, rolling, and icing. 5 min warmup, 1/4 mi run, 1 min cooldown, 1/4 mi run, 10 min cooldown. HUGE stretch after, and all the other stuff as well.
