Comments:
ran the 3000 and the 600 today, cause coach was experimenting with out races and stuff. the 3000 was ok, i ran a 10:24, which was a lot slower than i wanted to. but the 600 was actually rly good, i beasted and ran around a 1:36 for a new school record and a pretty good time. i pulled my hamstring right at the end of the race tho, and its looking like i wont be able to run for a few days...
