Got up at 6:00 to go biking. I biked easier than yesterday. My total calories burned was less, 385. My heart rate was between 145-155 most of the time. It took about 10 minutes to get up there. I did 10 minutes of abs afterwords. I went to get Starbucks for Brittany after. I had black pike's place.
