Comments:
Down Hill st. 1 min warmup, 1.25mi run, 1 min cooldown. Knee feels a little aggravated, but long stretch afterward took care of it. Thus concludes first full week of running with classes. I secured the orthopedist appt with UHS a week from Monday. This coming week, I'm aiming for around 9 mi but if knee starts acting up I'll take a couple easy days.
