Comments:
Got a lot of sleep last night. I was super tired from getting up early yesterday. Out and about today down by Cambie. I got stuck in the "Trucker Convoy" protest and that gave me a headache. Was in a good mood past few weeks and this was kind of a gut punch back to reality and that there are still stupid fucking idiots around. It was just embarrassing and I felt sad for everyone out participating. Got some "Jan 6 Lite" vibes, what a bunch of whiny little bitches. Anyway, rain supposed to roll in so I went out and fit in some miles before it got too dark. Ran down to the water. Felt kinda weak and slow, dont think I had enough to eat today. Coming back on Blenheim, got pushed off the sidewalk and stepped in a big heap of dog shit. Apparently just not my day to have much faith in humanity. Its all on a distribution though and I know this is just one instance, but fuck em. Took it back slow and actually pace started to feel a little bit better.
Essentials: Stretch
Took me a while to get stretching because I wanted to clean off my shoes. Not the end of the world, was able to clean them off decently. Glad I fit it in before rain came though I was not looking forward to getting dumped on ontop of all of that.
