Comments:
Finally a real practice with MRun! Biked over there through the horrendous slush, and went with the 3.05mi route offered. Sidewalks were pretty garbo in parts but it controlled the pace a little. Next week is pretty busy in the afternoons, although I can most likely make the Friday practice. Stretched and rolled a ton afterward.
