With Cromer, Carter, Teare, Wade, Grese, Nate, Ben, and Brandon, drills, lap of striders, legs definitely sore, not the expected warmup, legs definitely sore from the past two days

Veale Track
3*3 min w/3 min recovery, with Cromer, Carter, Teare, and Wade, good workout, felt fairly smooth, apparently need to work on proper shoulder position on the turns, lead the second interval, Cromer later mentioned that I seemed to speed up on the turns, perhaps my shorter legs or my style, leg aches not a factor

Veale Track
Stretch, 36 Ibis, 10 min full leg ice bath, a necessary discomfort for my legs were aching
