Comments:
I had to get outside and get some fresh air. Been inside past three days on Zoom workshop, in a little bubble. After we finished up I put my shoes on and headed out. It snowed last night, was still cold but the sun was real warm and snow was melting. I felt like crap today. Not walking around even fucks yo legs up. Took a while to get the groove going. Had cramps also. Just ran down through Crown to 6th then came back Balaclava and 21st. Nice shake out and opportunity to get outside and ease back into it. Im glad it was sunny out balanced the cold that crept in.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched out a little bit. ITs are kinda tight should roll. Spent more time eating and rehydrating since I ran at kind of a weird time. Looking forward to getting back on campus tomorrow. Reinforced position that WFH is not for me.
