Up and back on the road. I hung out at Vijesh crib for a little bit to finish up my interview prep then headed out of Pittsburgh. Its cool driving along the north shore on the way out. Pittsburgh got style that's for sure. Drive up to Cleveland is so simple I got to campus early actually. Drove in through Shaker Heights, along northpark and past XCFH. It was a nice sunny day, a little breeze, so I walked around campus: Northside, Euclid, the quad, Veale, Adelbert Bridge! NEW FRIBLEY, elephant stairs, top of the hill, uptown. Just taking in the sights and seeing so much that has changed. I felt very lonely though, knowing that this place is different and my classmates and friends were off somewhere else. Not the warm home feeling I was expecting, which goes to show time is just as important as place. Wish I brought my shoes though, a run through campus and North Park would have been nice... Looking forward to the visit though its cool to come back while trekking down this path. Its just been one foot in front of the other and this step is no different.
