Back to the grind today. I have a lot of work to do and catch up on. The hours just burn by when you are in the zone too it seems. I did rally and get out for first run in a while. It was rough, could feel the unfamiliarity for sure. Ran down Albany and then came back on Linn. It was a great sunny day out when I did get out there though. Soak that up! Pace was slower near the end as I realized its been a while. Saw some kids running on the track, must have been the track team but it didnt look like the full crew maybe just some distance folks.

Essentials: Stretch

A short stretch when I got back. Not ideal because I haven't have much movement in a while. I need to get back into a groove this month has been crazy. Definitely needed a break from lab but I can feel it coming back now.
