Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Super tired last night, caught up on sleep. Readjusting to my bike/walk/run lifestyle. No more roadtrip miles. Went down to Kits in the morning, sun was out but apparently rain coming in. It started right as I headed out to run. Stuck to the trails, soft surface. Felt slow, tired, winded. Kept my pace and just tried to get back into it. Lots of dogs out I spent most of my time dodging them on the trail.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched it all out when I got back, feeling pretty good. Didnt get too wet but it was nice to get back inside. I can feel spring coming on, the cherry blossoms are out and it seems like enduring the dismality of winter is worth it in the end.
