Comments:
2x(4x300/100) with 300s at 800 pace, 30 secs rest, then 100s at 400 pace. 3 mins rest and 5 mins between sets. Felt really really strong today, 45, 44, 44, 44, 44, 44.0, 44, 44. All the 100s were like 14.0. 28 through 200 never felt easier, and worked through the lactic acid buildup pretty well towards the end. Tough but good.
