Comments:
As per usual on this route, stopped and stretched halfway. Some, but minimal, strength beforehand. Stretched fully after.
Super solid week of training. Through travel and some discomfort, managed to get up to desired mileage. Maybe shorter next week, but more than ever looking forward to injections. No particular goal, but just keeping in mind I have a whole summer ahead of me.
