Weather: on/off sun, not too cold, not too breezy
Comments:
Up around 7, then did myriad internet errands - including booking a trip with Mom to Austin - before finally getting out.
Did some yoga and foam rolling, then went for it.
VERY encouraged by the prolonged ball rolling of the lower leg/ankle/achilles. CLEARLY a lot of tissue density there!
Ran down the hill, then west, then north up this gravel frontage to a new housing development. Popped out on 550, then turned back south.
From there, I ran a half lap on the paved track before a winding route paralleling the river to the east end of town. Then, up through the town park and across the bridge, and back the gentle downhill on Snowden St.
It's a nice start and finish because both are on gentle downhills and allow the stride to be established.
Felt way better than Monday!
