Comments:
Quick shake-out after 48-hr abstention period post-injection had elapsed. No strength but rolled a bit to start and also got a full stretch in after. Also, just about fully recovered from stomach bug.

With the next series of 2 injections on the way over the next 2 weeks, I will take this time as a down period and cut way back on the mileage, maybe even throw in some days of biking and other cross training, before I start building again at camp.
