Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A really really nice day out today. I went down to Kits on the bike this morning and was able to regroup before heading out. Still, I was kinda crampy starting out and think I was going kinda slowly. Went straight down 16th the the Greenway, cut at 33rd then wound back up the ridge by Eddington and 29th. Felt much better as I was finishing up. Man really wanted to be out there running today. Lots of folks were out enjoying it. Starting to notice the temp though and how much harder it is to run when its hot. Lets see what we get up to this summer because so far its been mild compared to last year.
Essentials: Stretch
Came right back in and leisurely stretched. Dont feel too sore and feel a lot better after running. Not necessarily surprised I went this far but its good since I didnt get out yesterday.
