Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I been craving runs for sure lately. Wasn't super stoked to get up early and go but I had a good opportunity today and need more mileage wherever I can get it. Short and sweet, pace was slow because I felt super creaky. Just got up and went straight out. A few other folks out early its really fine because its so bright out in the morning.
Essentials: Stretch
Hard to stretch when I got back felt pretty tight. Its a shakeout though, getting things moving. Flashback to my AM grind in grad school, kept that up and it really helped me through. Can always get up early and go for a run.
