Comments:
Ran for the first time in a while with the girls, coach, Terri, Staci and Rachel. Pretty much everyone did the workout, but me. I just wanted to see if I could run w/o hip pain. Doesn't hurt too bad, but did ice when I got home. Emotional run today...need to get back in the saddle.
