Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Had to get out early to beat the heat. Kinda groggy this morning catching up on sleep but wasn't too sore from long run yesterday. Certainly wanted to stick to softer surfaces today so ran in the woods. Also it was much cooler in there. Felt alright took it easy, right foot was a little sore and tight. Pushed the hills when I could. Finished up at QEE and did 1 mile add on of straightaways. I needed to get my legs moving and haven't had much speed in a while. They actually felt real strong. Running longer on the track would have been brutal there is no sun cover. Jogged back easy.

Essentials: Stretch

Just stretch when I got back inside. No shade outside on the street this early in the day. Legs feel worked for sure. I wasn't as dehydrated as yesterday. Good mileage this week, but I had to work for it for sure.
