Comments:
True AM, up and out early. Not a lot of people out at all. Went down to Arbutus felt good on the down hills. Looped around Prince of Wales park and school then came back on 31st. Surprisingly hilly route, had a bunch of little sections to burst up. Worked them well actually. Legs got heavier as I went on but it was nice enough this morning to fully enjoy that and not focus on the sluggishness. Love that feeling of fitting in the mileage.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Wasn't too hot or humid but definitely need to rehydrate up.
