Wow back in business. Somehow I was one of first people at breakfast after being last to leave last night. I needed to refill though. Good day of talks and posters as we wrapped up what is a crazy 24hr stretch of GRS. I napped a little as prof checked in then decided I needed to sweat it out a little so took a jog around campus. Not gonna play it another way it was hot. Ran down 116 to try and get to the track but they are resurfacing it so I came back down and did a little loop south of campus before finishing up on the field in the shade. Just a short jont and I was toasted and soaked but it felt really really good.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched and regrouped in the shade then walked back over to the dorms. Here we go now.
