Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very lazy today. I guess tired from the week, but also just doing nothing all day makes you feel even worse. I somehow was able to just chill all day and got out for a run in later afternoon. Stomach was a little crampy, I bet I wasn't hydrated enough. Going out I started slow and just felt like today could be easy and slow pace. Went down Discovery, ran along Jericho and came back Macdonald and up 20th. Weather was great and I didnt overheat, but just felt sluggish. Pushed up the hill hard so Im glad I finished up with something.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch legs not so much sore, just a sluggish feeling. Keep putting in the work though there will always be slow days to slog through that are so much better than not running at all.
