Oh man got amazing sleep last night I totally needed that. Still up at regular time then walked into lab to get back to work. There is a lot a lot to do. Its a nice walk in though, a bit shorter and manageable. Hustled all day really then cut out back home on the bike since I stashed it at CHBE last night. Running is important, but I want to buckle down and get this done as well. I have been walking and getting good fresh air in meantime. I think Ill still associate Vancouver running with my old place though, getting in that work on the weekends. This reminds me of when I arrived and went into quarantine, kinda unfamiliar and restricted. Running wasn't on the slate, it was all about putting in work to get it done.
