Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Im back to running. Got to sleep in but was woke up by the rain. Its not cold dreary rain but its cloudy out and coming in waves. Good running weather but a big shift from what we had all summer. Ran down to Jericho then all along the shore to Kits beach, turned at Arbutus then came back down 7th, 8th, and 12th to finish at QEE. Shoes felt unfamiliar, and flat mostly. But thats expected. It felt great to run btw... There were also a fair number of folks out today. I pushed the hills where I met them and it wasn't too tough coming back up.
Essentials: Stretch
Steady rain when I finished up but I wanted to stretch outside. Legs probably gonna be sore, can already feel it in my feet and calves. I been walking and biking so much last week that it kept everything moving, but its definitely not a run. Timeline for a prepared race at Alumni looks a little sketchy also but thats what being an alumni is all about.
