Comments:
MLK tempo...when we started out i thought we were going faster, but i guess it was slower than 5:45. In the second half i sped up..it took 16:00 out, 15:00 back.
then 4 x 400 76, 72, 72, 73
and cool-down. nice to have practice done early!
