Comments:
Jogged down there, did some drills, strode, and got goin with 6x~0.22mi hills with an extended cooldown (5 mins) after 3. The hill was broken up into 3 sections and I split 1:22, 1:22, 1:22, 1:24, 1:19, 1:18. Jogged back an extended way to get mileage past 6 for the day. Stretch and strength after. 4-5-ish tomorrow.
All in all pretty happy with the work today, considering it's my first hilly anything in many moons.
