Comments:
Easy 3 after yesterday's workout. Across Packard via Greenwood, past the track beyond where the marching band practices. Debating whether that might be a good option for Friday. Knees felt fine after rolling and strength to stabilize beforehand. Stretched fully afterward. Easy 4 or so with strides tomorrow before tempo day after.
