Did not sleep well last night and it wasn't a good idea to be in lab today, even though its would have been my last group meeting. I stuck at AirBnb like its quarantine again. Going out like you came in... Its sucks and being cooped up made me feel worse so I took a few trips outside during the day. It was pretty hot today out. Decided a run would be good to get things moving, clear up head congestion and aches. Pace was slow I felt the aches for sure. Ran through Huckleberry then did a little loop around Imperial before cutting back through Camosun to get to QEE and finish up. I kept pushing and it felt natural, good to get moving I think.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch in the grass and shade. Taking my time out there, I guess just enjoying the last bit of BC. Legs feel fine from a running standpoint, but Im still pretty beat down. Keeping an eye on the calendar for Alumni yo... It would be nice to get into a race mode.
