Comments:
Fasted during the morning for Yom Kippur and that kinda threw off my running. It was a really really nice day out though. Walked the Black Diamond trail first for about two miles, then ran back home along the waterfront trail. Knew quickly starting out that I didnt have the juice to go that far today. I was super slow and felt fatigued. Probably from not being fed and hydrated. Therefore, cut back at Dey St and came down Cayuga, hitting almost every single stoplight. That wasn't great for my cadence but I wasn't going to be able to manage it straight through today.
Essentials: Stretch
Barely stretched when I got back cause legs didnt feel all that taxed. Maybe fit in another shake out but its nice to know that Alumni isn't exactly a race so I will be totally fine.
