Comments:
Hanging around today after a bunch of errands this week. I slept in too was real tired for sure. Got in a run in the afternoon, wasn't sure how it would go considering how burnt I felt yesterday. Ran just simple loop tried to stay flat. Got caught in all of the craziness at IHS then held an easy pace on the way back down Linn. Felt a little better today but still slow overall. Wasn't too hot today but was surprisingly soaked out when I got back.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch and rehydration. Feel kinda sore overall, road tripping won't help that for sure but now I'm not so concerned about racing Im just there for the vibes and the views.
