Comments:
I forgot to turn off my alarm this morning but I needed to catch up on the good sleep. Also getting meal timing back in order. I was ready to run its just such nice autumn weather right now, especially in the woods and on the trails. Went up via Clinton actually, and had to get myself up the hills. That was tough. On the trail, I didnt feel that fast and merely plotted along. Felt about the same down South Hill but this was a shake out after a raucous week on the road.

Essentials: Stretch

Very light stretching when I got back. Probably need more to get my legs adjusted and back into a groove but we will work on that.
