Early Workout

Comments:
We went early today due to the holiday. We did the excact same workout as last Monday except in a different order. What a difference a week makes. I felt so much better and ran a lot faster with seemingly less effort. On the first quarter 65 pace felt so easy. I just setteled in at that pace and I felt like I could have kept it for a lot longer. The next quarter was a 60 and I definitly felt I can slap a 59 on the end of that now. On the last set of 200's I felt gooe and was able to open up and run fast which was great. Very good workout today.

4x200 30-31 with 200 jog recovery

2x400 with 4min in between 65 pace
