Comments:
First full day of WFH mode. It sucks, just like during pandemic and not a sustainable way to do work. I hope it doesn't degrade my brain and focus like last time. I built so much back up at UBC and need to carry that over to UC. It does provide good time to run though. Its getting chilly out, can definitely tell. Went long sleeve, not sure where to go but I wanted to avoid State so I went on over to Seneca then ran along Stewart, came down Gun Hill and did a loop through IHS before coming back on Cayuga. On way back, passed by the team there were a lot of them out there. Felt a little better today but still kinda sluggish especially because I was sitting around all day.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok easy stretch and chance to rehydrate when I got back. I dont think I appreciated how amazing the fall weather and trees are right now. This is probably my favorite time of the year, and its gonna be cold and snowing soon.
