Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Great long run. Planned on doing a few loops around the 5 mile perimeter of the Lake at North Park, but I after one loop that idea seemed unbearably boring. So, I followed some mountain bikers and came across a bunch of trails. The terrain was kind of intense at times. I took a spill, but did a good roll and came away unhurt. Thought about running for two hours, just for the hell of it because I've never done that before, but neither have I done 14, so whatever--didn't want to overdo it. Plus, I wanted to get back home for the Nadal-Djokovic match.
