Ridge Trail

Comments:
Wanted a little something again so went up to run on campus. Started at Morrison ran to Plantations. Salad bowl into ridge trail. Ambitious for sure since the ground was all covered in leaves. I made it almost to Park Park before busting my right ankle. It hurt a lot and I haven't rolled it in a while. I had to push it and keep going so I did and just made my way back by Beebe Lake then came up by Human Ecology to finish at the outdoor track. Ouch, hurt my flow and pace today as well.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch was fine, didnt focus on ankle too much just tried to keep it moving and not swell up too much. Walking back to the car helped as well. Something I always need to keep an eye on because that shit hurts!
