Comments:
On Zoom all day and got out late so I did a little shake out just to keep moving. Ran down to Court, the Aurora and up Giles a little to the light. Hill was nice. Trick or treat on the commons looked like a lot of fun.
Essentials: Stretch
Weak stretch when I got back now my legs are sore. Ankle felt great though if careful I can bump it up now. Mark it down I fit something in today.
