Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Cold again in the morning but it breaks into warmish fall weather. I was productive somehow today but felt gloomy in the afternoon. Went to get a run in early incase there are trick or treaters out tonight. Super sore from the hills and bowling yesterday. Ran out downtown first to get to Seneca then went straight up all the way to Eddy. Kept going out State to Giles and came back down on the new side walk. I went slow today and felt the soreness for sure.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch, need to work into it this week but Im glad to be getting my legs back under me. Working at home is tough day in and day out and I got a lot in the air right now so running is essential.
