Comments:
Got a lot of work done in the morning then got dropped off on Northside to go run from there. Good because I could add on a little more and get up into the hills. Ran to Renwick and just went straight up through Cayuga Heights to Triphammer. Then ran down to Jessup and over through campus and the Arts Quad before winding my way down to Buffalo. It was good to get the hills in early and by the time I got back downtown I had a good pep and could pick up the pace. Finished up pretty strong in fact. It was weird outside though, hot and hazy and from campus, could barely see out into the valley. Not terrible to run in however.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch and rehydration when I returned. Legs feel great after bumming around yesterday. Got in some good movement midday thats a nice deal.
