Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not a very productive day but it juts went by. I was pretty tired last night and sore this morning but figured a shakeout was a good idea. Easy mileage down to Hancock and back all flat not pushing it. Groin was tight but loosened up and feels alright now. Good stuff after the beastly long run.
Essentials: Stretch
Comprehensive stretch when I got back. Felt good. Can tell daylights saving time has hit hard though cause its dark out now and sun is setting at that run time. Gonna slow down the internal drive for sure.
