Comments:
Feeling tired and lazy today. It was warmer, sunny so I took advantage of it and got some good mileage in. Hills today. Ran to Buffalo all the way up through Collegetown and then down Giles. It was tough going up but I felt way better than I did past few days. Coming down I was just coasting. I thought this was longer buy with the hills it felt tough.

Essentials: Stretch

Short stretch and rehydration when I got back. Thanksgiving is always lazy time so I guess I embrace it but looking forward to getting into a work groove again.
