Feeling shitty again coughed a lot last night. Had stuff to do today so I was out and about, much more exciting than the drear of yesterday. As it was getting dark, ran over to Hudson but kept going up to the top of the recway then came on down. I didnt feel great today but was happy to get moving and get some hills in. Just an achy slow sense. Took it easy.

Good stretch when I got back but didnt feel like I ran fast enough to strain anything.
