Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Coughing fit last night so today I just took it easy and tried more recovery. It was also windy and rainy all day so no reason to go outside. Pushed myself a little bit running today up the hills. Came back through campus and down Buffalo. It was good to get real mileage in, but I cramped up near the end of the run and was struggling a little bit. I think not hydrated enough is an issue now especially I have congestion too.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch however, legs feel like that got worked but Im still blah from the cold.
