short warmup, then we stretched.this time, i did 3-2-3s the right way, as fast as i could. i went in the group with ryan, brendan, tim, spencer, austin and matt. i felt how much they hurt. i still fell like imight be ableto do them a little faster, but i went pretty much as hard as i possibly could.
