Reverse Libe Slope

Comments:
Feeling much better today and it was kinda sunny in the afternoon for a run. Went up University along bottom of Libe Slope then down Stewart and Giles footbridge. IDK why I wanted to go in reverse but its not that bad uphill until you hit campus. Got to see nice sunset and it wasn't too chilly outdoor. I was comfortable.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back and I felt so much quicker today than any day last week. Haven't rolled in a while. Its not really impacting me too much but it might be good to get back to that at some point.
