Comments:
Tired again this morning. Mileage catching up to me. Went out to lunch and was satiated before running. Ran down Wasson after waiting at the light forever. Came back and cut down to Withrow instead to avoid the light which is nice, adds on an extra 0.5 when going back through Hyde Park Square. I took what felt like pretty slow today chugging along. Legs just were not hyped up for it. Had to get it in today though because its gonna be hella cold this weekend.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Just an easy stretch and roll when I got back. Legs feel like they wanna rest. Catch up on abs on off days, possibility to throw in some circuits as well.
